Roll up, roll up. This is your last opportunity to help plant reed plug plants around Lake Windermere! SCRT have teamed up with Graythwaite Estate, to enhance and create a new area of reedbed at Grubbins point. This is all part of our ongoing CaST project, to restore reedbeds around Lake Windermere.

To help re-establish the reedbed in the area volunteers will be planting small reed plug plants within a newly fenced-off site.

Equipment and PPE will be provided. However, please bring suitable footwear (wellies or waders are advised – SCRT may be able to provide these if required), and wear weather appropriate clothing. Please also bring a drink and a snack or lunch with you.
