We are seeking a motivated, experienced Trust Manager to join our team and drive forward business development. This role is crucial in driving forward our initiatives, leading staff, and helping to shape SCRT’s future as we explore new horizons.
This role will be supported closely by SCRT’s Projects and Technical Manager.

- Project Oversight: Work together alongside the SCRT Projects and Technical Manager on project delivery, monitoring progress, ensuring deadlines and targets are met, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue funding opportunities, partnerships, and other initiatives to support and expand SCRT’s work and reach.
- Reporting & Compliance: Regularly update the Board of Trustees on project outcomes, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring transparency and accountability across all activities.
This role requires an energetic and multi-talented individual who is a self-starter and results focussed. You will be a natural communicator who can form and establish great partnerships at all levels and has a proven record of securing agreements with funders and businesses.
