SCRT are looking for volunteers to help plant 700 trees in the Upper Duddon Catchment.

The trees will be planted within bufferstrips to create shade over three tributaries, helping mitigate against climate change.  Planting will also increase nutrient absorption from run-off, improving water quality.

Equipment for planting will be provided, however please bring lunch, suitable footwear, and waterproof clothing with you.
