Duddon Tree Planting – Tarn Beck

Time: 10am-2pm
SCRT are asking for volunteers to help plant 350 trees along Tarn Beck.
The trees will be planted to create shade over the beck, to help mitigate against climate change. Planting will also increase nutrient absorption from diffuse pollution, improving water quality.
Equipment for planting will be provided, however please bring lunch, suitable footwear, and waterproof clothing with you.
