Dubbs Beck – River Restoration Volunteer Day

Our project officer Emma is running a river restoration volunteering day at Dubbs Beck in the Kent Catchment, near Ings. The day will involve improving flow diversity and creating new habitats for fish through creating some berms and mini flow deflectors.

The volunteer day will take place on the 30th September from 10.00am, you will need to bring lunch, water and wellies (we can offer waders if required).

If you are interested in getting involved with some practical river restoration to help us improve river habitats in the Kent catchment,  please register your interest by emailing our Project Officer, Emma Wright, at emma@scrt.co.uk
