Rachael has a BSc in Psychology from Newcastle University and after working as a training administration manager in a health and safety company, she started working for SCRT in 2018. Born and raised in South Cumbria, Rachael has a varied role including leading the South Cumbria Catchment Partnership and the Love Windermere sewage theme workstream. Rachael also manages the engagement team, that focus on community engagement, communications and information sharing.

When not in the garden, Rachael enjoys walking in the fells with friends.
